Kansas Revolution Wrestling Club (KRWC) - proud to present - B.U. - Be Revolutionary Wrestling Camp

Baker University's Addie Lanning, Nikki Moore, and Elisa Robinson will be at Junction City High School providing 3 sessions in 1 day - for ALL of our female wrestlers attending! This day will cover wrestling technique for Folkstyle & some Freestyle; along with discussions from the Clinicians about: Strength Training, Nutrition, Pre-Match & Post-Match Routine Ideas, Practice & Match Mindset Tips.
