Kansas Revolution Wrestling Club (KRWC) - proud to present - Rise Up Youth Clinic

This day will cover wrestling technique for Folkstyle; along with discussions from the Clinicians about: Strength Training, Nutrition, Pre-Match & Post-Match Routine Ideas, Practice & Match Mindset Tips. With three (3) clinicians we will be able to split up our wrestlers based on their ability and progression throughout the day - so we are going the right speed for the wrestler.

Times: 8:00-11:00am .......... Noon - 3:00pm
Lunch will be provided: Pizza, Granola Bar, Fruit, Water/Gatorade --- Welcome to go offsite or bring your own lunch
