Sometimes a win doesn't seem like it's good enough. If Kyle Detmer would have won by pin or by tech fall without the opponent scoring, Kyle would have made the finals.
The opponent from Jersey knew exactly what he needed. It kind of reminds me of the Payne and Bradley match in the Metro Classic ... Payne lost the match but won the war. This time the Jersey boy lost the match and won the war.

That was rough. That Kelliher match meant a lot. Keiffer was behind against Kelliher and if he would have just won instead of getting the fall, Detmer's win would have been enough. Oh well, at least Jordan Brown has the chance to get Kansas revenge on Kelliher! Go JB!
