No I'm really confused but you lost me on the Germany comment.... I thought you cut the values in half if you were in Germany and did the exact opposite if you were south of the equator.

I can't speak for the Chief Shawn, but I think you are forgetting about the 1/4 squared variable that comes into play once you cross the equator. Besides, we are crossing hemispheres here, not the equator.
