Glad you asked. Jake Gentzler is the 2009 State finalist from the same bracket that Blaine Smith was in and was the 2008 State Champion. Zac Sparr lost only to Nathan Furches 10-8 in the 4A/119 bracket and made the finals the year before. There is plenty of other criteria if you need more.
