Chief, how is Watters AC not ranked at 119? I would think that he would at least be 9 or 10. Also once again, Calderon GC, Garcia DC and Perez ULY all beat Mulligan last year. Why is he ranked above them? What has happened this year that warrants this? I know that Garcia may go 112 both the other two are at 103. I cannot see Sullivan ahead of Calderon either. What produced this outcome?
