I have always thought there is a bias for the bigger schools to the overalls. 119 last year was another case in point.
I guess it depends on your definition of bigger schools. There are even some weights that don't have any 6A kids ranked at all. Current AC Rankings: 6A = 30 5A = 36 4A = 55 321A = 21
obviously the original statement is unfair, and untrue.
