We will be holding preseason open rooms on Wednesday nights at Maize High, starting next week.
Please make sure to bring/confirm a partner, as we can't guarantee who will be in attendance each night.

* Good attitude
* Ready to work
* Current 2023-2024 USA Athlete Membership
* Current USAW Leadership Membership for all adults on the mat

PRACTICE INFO
* Wednesday nights through early November
* 6:00-7:30pm
* Maize High School
* Free of cost
* Open to any wrestlers with 2+ yrs experience, any club
* Very little instruction
* Main focus is hard drilling, live, and conditioning, as we prepare for preseason events
* Bring own water bottle
