okay, looking at the facts and this is based solely off of my imagination. both teams are excellent but the derby tournament does not matter (EVERYONE who is sane knows that the only tournament that TRULY matters is state). carroll gets props for showing up on both days of wrestling, goddard did have a very bad saturday but still only lost by 8. consider this, the 125 for carroll might've scored 5 more points, beau hentzen may have scored 15 (hard to say becuase he hasnt wrestled varsity all season). fisher for goddard would have probably made the finals and scored around 25 and i have no idea who their 130 lber is but i'll give him 5 points. tack on the 20 for carroll and 30 for goddard. theoretically speaking goddard would have probably won by 2.

its impossible to say any of these theories could possibly be correct so i'd say leave it alone and let the scoreboard do the talking. carroll beat goddard at derby. big whoop
